Yes. Wherever possible, we work around your office schedule, offering morning sessions, afternoon ‘early-finish’ outings, or sunset events. Just get in touch and we’ll work with you to create your perfect bespoke corporate event.
Can you handle dietary restrictions and accessibility?
Yes. All our catering partners (Heurigers and restaurants) are vetted for their ability to provide vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. Additionally, we can adjust our hiking and kayaking routes to accommodate various fitness levels, ensuring that every member of your team is included and comfortable.
Do you provide a single point of contact for the planning process?
Yes. Once you inquire, you will be assigned a dedicated event coordinator. They will handle everything from the initial itinerary design to invoicing and day-of logistics, so you only have one person to call for any updates or changes.
Is transportation provided for large groups?
We prioritise sustainability by using Vienna’s excellent public transport system, but we can arrange private coach transfers for groups upon request.
How far in advance do we need to book?
For large groups (20+), we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during the peak summer and harvest seasons (June–September). However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, so please reach out to check our current availability.
